I’ve always been curious. About people, places, food, animals, history, and especially the stories hiding in plain sight. That curiosity has taken me around the world, into professional kitchens, vineyards, television studios, veterinary clinics, fishing boats, restaurants, and more than a few places I probably had no business being.

Along the way, I became a chef, a traveler, a wine lover, a television producer, a writer and a storyteller. I’ve made hundreds of hours of television, worked with extraordinary people and animals, lived and worked on both sides of the Atlantic, and learned that the most interesting story is rarely the one you set out looking for.

These days, I’m still following my curiosity—and developing the stories it leads me to through FreeRun Productions, the home for my original ideas. Sometimes that means a forgotten French chef, a mysterious hotel guest, an Icelandic veterinarian or a bottle of wine. Sometimes it leads somewhere completely unexpected. That’s the fun of it. I’m still curious to see where it takes me next.
